PRODUCTION

Alliance-1892 Wine and Brandy Plant was founded in 1977 in Chernyakhovsk, Kaliningrad region. The plant produces high-quality brandy from exclusively from best spirits.

Prepared coupage materials are placed into a blending tank. First, the brandy spirits are assembled, then prepared water and caramelized sugar are added.

The production process also involves the unique technology of cold brandy treatment.

A pride of Alliance-1892 is its private barrel park. Here, the cognacs that have passed all the production stages get post-blending rest, get filtered again and, after a conclusive expert degustation, are submitted for bottling.

After the rest, the brandys get filtered for the last time. Then, the final expert degustation is held to make sure the brandys comply with the “sample,” and then they are submitted to gravity tanks for final bottling.

All the products of the plant are bottled on high-tech equipment that fully meets all the requirements of today’s brandy production
